Cebean Inc. is a bilingual (English/French) firm working with public and private sector organizations across Canada — as consultants when the fix is a plan, and as a software builder when the fix is a tool.
Background
Cebean was founded on a simple observation: most organizations don't lack strategy — they lack a partner who can carry that strategy through procurement, regulation, and change-resistant teams to an actual result.
With over 20 years in IT and business analysis, our founder has watched technology evolve from the inside — enough cycles to know which tools solve a real problem and which ones just move it. That vantage point, across both public and private sector engagements, kept surfacing the same gaps: manual processes eating hours nobody had, compliance risk nobody was tracking, growth plans with no readiness behind them.
Consulting was how we first addressed those gaps. Software is how we now close them permanently. ExportReady and Contractor Audit Shield (1099watch.com) both started as manual work we repeated for consulting clients, until it made more sense to build the fix once and hand it over. That's still how every new product starts here — with a pattern we've seen, not a feature we thought sounded good.
Because we operate bilingually, we also work as a bridge for organizations doing business across English- and French-speaking Canada — building software, messaging, and delivery that hold up natively in both languages, not just translate between them.
